There is a pocket wifi dongle for internet access. The spacious bedroom features plenty of storage space for clothes and a comfortable king size bed with crisp hotel linen. The modern bathroom features a shower over bath, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. The sofa in the living space can be converted to a bed for 1 person - please make us aware before arriving if you would like this made up (£20 charge per night) Please be aware that the lift in the building will be out of order from 14th July to 5th September 2025. Other attractions within walking distance include, Marble Arch, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, Hamley's Toy store, Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square. Getting Around: High street shops, world class restaurants, bars and supermarkets are all within easy walking disctance of the apartment. Bond Street Tub station is just a 5 minute walk away. There are also plentiful black cabs in the area. Other Things to Note: - Single sofa bed can be requested for an additional charge of £20 per night. -Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance. -All guests must present their passport/ID upon check-in. -For check-ins after 10pm there will be fees. -If you fail to arrive at the property within an hour from your scheduled arrival time there will be a fee of £10 for each extra hour you are late. If we need to rearrange your check-in to a later time on the day there will be a £20 fee (if the check-in is later than 22:00 late check-in fees will also apply). -If you are delayed, please let us know in advance, and depending on the notice, we may be able to rearrange check-in. - For check-ins between 22:00 and 00:00 there is a £50 fee. - For check-ins after 00:00 there is a £75 fee - We may be able to arrange a late check-out after 10am if you let us know in advance and depending on the availability of the property. - Late check-outs are charged at £10 per hour after 10am. - If you break something, let us know before you check-out so that we can replace it before the next guest arrives.Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to allow time for us to make necessary arrangements.
