You will not be compensated if booked. This 80-square-meter apartment is designed with open living and dining areas. The living space features a comfy sofa and a flat-screen TV where you can relax after a long day exploring the city. If you fancy dining in, there is a four-person dining table where you can eat meals with loved ones. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to cook a delicious meal. There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom is fitted with a double bed and the second has a king bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep comfortably. The bathrooms have all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
