Light, airy and open-planned, the kitchen and living room are separated by the dining area. In the living room, you'll find a comfortable sofa, a couple of lovely armchairs, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all the mod cons you'll need to whip up a delicious meal. The property has 2 bedrooms where you'll find a King-sized bed, and a Queen-sized bed in each, fitted with hotel-quality linens for your utmost comfort. There is 1 bathroom featuring a bathtub with an attached shower, a sink, and a toilet. You'll also find fresh towels and free toiletries have been provided for your convenience. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
