Welcome to our home, Light and spacious, our home is fully-equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. Here, your health comes first. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with professional cleaning, and strategic disinfection. The property has a generous open plan kitchen and reception room, with abundantly high ceilings and large windows providing excellent natural light. The bedroom is also of a good size, positioned to the rear of the property providing a further quiet aspect. It has plenty of storage, as is the case throughout the property. Here you'll find a double bed fitted with hotel quality linens to ensure your comfort. The central hallway is equipped to store coats and shoes, and from here you can access the newly fitted bathroom, which has a combination bath/shower. We also provide fresh towels and free eco-friendly toiletries for your convenience. Hope you have a fantastic stay. This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required) The property is positioned on a highly sought after street, with it being secure and tranquil, yet turn the corner less a minute walk away, and there is a volume of green space, shopping, culture and transport. Positioned just off the eminently popular Battersea Rise and Northcote road you have access to shopping, restaurants, pubs and gelaterias. On the other side, a further minute walk away, you have acres of green space in Clapham Common, and a further walk away you can find yourself in Battersea Park. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible.
