This will be given back at the departure (calculated possible damages to detract) At the arrival: one month rent 1390€/month that include utilities, Wi-Fi, condo fees ect. + admin fee 400€ once for the lenght of the contract (for our services: availability in case of emergencies, help for your first steps in Florence, consultancies in case of need, ordinary maintenance...)
