Your apartments is fully furnished with: • Bathroom with shower • Desk, chair and shelves • Bed and under bed storage • Wardrobe • Kitchenette with oven Our modern community spaces include as a fitness studio, a yoga room, co-working spaces, a bar lounge with vending machine, a gaming lounge, chill-out lounges and much more. All of this is of course free for you to use. There is a laundry room in the building with washing machines and dryers. You can use them via an app (extra charge). The building is located south of the old town and about a 15-minute walk from Jakominiplatz. The following points are nearby: • Tram stop right outside the front door • Technical University about 15 minutes walk • Park about 5 minutes walk • University of Graz approx. 15 minutes by bike !! IMPORTANT !! Booking process: - If you are interested, please send us a message (and include a scan of your ID/passport) - Once we invite you to book, please transfer the first month's rent via this platform to make the reservation - We will then contact you via email: you then need to fill out an application form with your details. - Please also provide us with your salary income statements of the last three months. A deposit of 2-month's rent needs to be paid ahead of move-in. Please be aware that Housing Anywhere is an online booking platform.
