Each room is equipped with a wardrobe, bed+mattress protector, table+ table lamp, chair and multicontact plugs. The beds are 1,40x2,00 meters. Provided will be a whole bed equipment set, so: Blanket, sheet, pillow, etc. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, water cooker, toaster, oven, cooking field, fridge+freezer and cooking equipment, as well as plates, cups, etc. Also provided will be a cleaning mop, clotheshorse and a vacuum. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a mirror shelf. Included in the rent will be internet, heating, water and electricity usage. Not included is the radio tax, which has to be shared by the 3 roommates. All rentable rooms can be locked up. There is also a basement box for storage, which the 3 roommates share. The most lovely thing about the apartment is the garden. It is only to be used by the tenants of this apartment. The rent for the first month will be paid through HousingAnywhere. The deposit needs to be paid to us directly or via Housing Anywhere payments and should be received before the move-in date, in order to be able to receive the keys...
