Just recently remodeled most of the brand new and contemporary furniture is moveable and/or retractable – as the queen size bed is. We used organic and vegan materials throughout the entire apartment. Zero Ikea. Feel at home with an unusually big and fully equipped kitchen and a larger than customary bathroom (including open shower and washer/dryer). The flat is facing a quiet inner courtyard with a lot of daylight but unfortunately has no balcony. Anyhow, “Park am Gleisdreieck” to enjoy some fresh air and sun is close by – just take the elevator down and cross the street! Ideal for one person or couples, extended city or business trip and/or remote working....
