Apartment Details: Two fully furnished bedrooms Fully equipped shared spaces, including: Kitchen with all essential appliances Washing machine High-speed Wi-Fi Important Information: A security deposit is required and will be fully refunded if the room is returned in good condition. No pets and no smoking allowed. Special Rental Conditions: Moving out is only possible at the end of August, September, or February. The rental contract is limited to three years. However, a cancellation for your desired rental period must be signed together with the contract.
