Co-living in Vilnius This is a new modern student housing in Vilnius, opened in September, 2022. SHED Co-living Vilnius is located in Santariškių suburb, 30 mins distance by bus from city center. All commute options are just near the accommodation place, easily reached in few mins by walking. Through the windows fresh air from the forest is blowing and residents can meet all the colors of a year on the leaves of forest trees. From the rooftop terrace everyone can watch sunset and enjoy the silence. Few minutes' walking distance there is a big supermarket where residents can get anything they need: grocery, flowers, haircut, pharmacy etc. Also, in the neighbour is located the main hospital in the city - Santaros clinics. Once newcomers step into SHED building, they are met by helpful administration or house management which help with all move in questions and registrations. In a reserved private room, everyone gets fully furnished area with bed, table, chair, wardrobe, kitchenette with cupboard, sink, microwave, fridge and freezer, as well as private bathroom with sink, shelf, toilet and shower. If they miss something in their room, they can always borrow from common spaces. Bed linen, sheets, kitchen utensils are not privided in the room – a tenant may buy at the reception or bring his own. Everyone has access to all communal zones: study/work room, gaming and leisure areas, gym, rooftop terrace, backyard, cinema screen, big common kitchen with modern equipment, bike room, laundry room (extra fee), parking (extra fee). Staff and house managers are on duty daily, common zones are cleaned everyday workday, but extra order of room cleaning may be available on site. The room is reserved only when the deposit fee is paid to landlord’s bank account.
