💢💢💢💢 This contemporary duplex occupies the second and third floors of this beautifully restored Victorian terraced building. As you walk through the door you will be welcomed by a large and inviting open-plan living room and kitchen. The living area has a corner sofa, which doubles as a very comfortable bed with a clever coffee table in front that transforms to provide a dining table for 8. Plenty of light floods this room and it makes for a useful conference room for business meetings or just family get-togethers. The corner kitchen has solid granite surfaces with intelligently designed units and comes fully equipped, suitable for cooking large meals. There is a large-screen smart TV mounted on the wall. On the same floor, there is a double bedroom, that has a large sash window looking south away from the road with a pretty view over the backs of the surrounding houses. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and ample storage for clothes. The bedroom also features a flat-screen TV. Up one floor, we have the double master bedroom with views north over quiet Windmill Street and plenty of morning light and more storage. This room benefits from a large and quiet reading corner and again a wall-mounted TV. The third bedroom is above the first, so has the same views and a similar set-up, but also has an office space with a desk for working at with nice views southeast. TV also included, and ample storage again. Wide streets lined with tall buildings in Victorian brick mingle with cozy side alleys, with a variety of architectural styles from the eighteenth century to the present day, Fitzrovia is one of the best tourist destinations in the world in my opinion! The British Museum is nearby for arts and culture, Regent's Park for walks in the flower gardens or picnics, Oxford Street for shopping, Soho for music, Covent Garden for theatre, and Bloomsbury's Brunswick Center for alternative and Art house cinema. All this before you even have to step onto public transport. Charlotte Street is synonymous with its restaurants and the area has over 165 notable restaurants as advertised on Squaremeal. If you would like any recommendations I would love to share my local knowledge with you. Please note that there are mandatory bi-monthly cleans required throughout your stay with us. Charged at £65 per time in order to keep the apartment in top condition. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
