Fully renovated in 2024, new badroom, kitchen and the two sleepingrooms. The appartment is furnished as one bedroom and an office room at the moment (instead of the other option, two bedrooms). When the room is rented out we will make a bedroom of the office room. You will share the apartment with the owner, who is away about 50% of the time living abroad. F.e. two weeks there and two weeks abroad. Price is including a biweekly cleaning and normal use of water and electricity, excluding internet....
