The parking is communal and belongs to the community. There is no fixed place and the availability of it is subject to the occupancy at the time of arrival. The rules of coexistence must be respected, as well as the schedule of night silence. Special care must be taken when moving around the community in order not to disturb the rest of the neighbours. Please note: - The amount of the deposit depends on the intended length of stay. 1- 4 months will total a 600€ deposit. From 5 months and onwards, a 900€ deposit applies. - Utilities are included up to 150€. - A fortnightly change of sheets is included in the rental price. - A weekly cleaning service is available at an additional fee. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible.
