The check-out is on the last day of the month by 10.30 am. Other possibilities can be agreed in advance. The rent is monthly and it is due on the 1st day of the month. Bedding is not provided, only a mattress cover. The monthly cost of the private room and common parts is € 580 + € 150 for utilities (total cost per month is € 730), but from April to September the montly rent costs €580 + € 180 for the utilities (total € 760)....
