The house has recently been completely renovated and is located on the third floor of a very quiet building with a lift, it only overlooks the internal courtyard and is therefore also very quiet. The living room leads to the bedroom and bathroom, as well as access to the outside balcony. In the immediate vicinity (from 2 to 10 minutes on foot at most) there are many shops, bars and restaurants as well as two supermarkets and various other commercial activities: Esselunga in Viale Umbria is only a 2-minute walk away, as is Unes in Via Muratori.
