On the lower floor there is a complete kitchen and a large living room overlooking a small, completely private patio. Both divisions are supported by a small service bathroom. The location is exceptional, within walking distance of many points of interest such as Av. dos Aliados, Municipality of Porto, Praça da República, Cedofeita, Clérigos and much, much more! The combination of comfort and location offered by our 2BDR Almada Private villa is unique and will guarantee you a great vacation time in the city of Porto. The water and power bills are included in the month's rent, in a maximum of 50€ for each one. WiFi, cable TV and all taxes are included also.
