At the end of the contractual period, the agency will count the real consumption of energy, according to the bills. There is a deposit which is the same price as one monthly rent of your room with bills (60€). At the end of your contract, we will refund your deposit as soon as we have all the bills. Getting to the Patraix neighborhood is very easy, as it has various means such as the bus or the metro. In the case of the metro, you can get off at both the Jesús and Patraix stops; and in the case of the bus you can choose between the various lines available, among which are 9, 10, 11, 27, 71. However, it is not necessary to use any type of public transport, since from the North Station you can walk to the Plaza de Patraix in less than 25 minutes and to Jesús in around twenty.
