Both tram and bus available, about 12 min to chalmers and 20-25min to city center. 6km with bicycle to chalmers. woods just outside with paths/tracks nice for walking and jogging. Big kitchen/common area with great sea view. Apartment have fullsize fridge and freezer, and laundry machine and dryer. Share with calm friendly guy and my 2 cats, i usually just stay in my room watching movies during week days, mostly with headphones and i rarely have visitors so no strange people here when u come home. at weekends i usually open a beer and play some music or radio, go meet some friends at a bar or so.
