It consists of 1 master bedroom and a smaller one, both with wooden floor, bright and airy. Each room is fully furnished with a bed, A/C, a wardrobe and desk and has its privacy/ locker. Linens, towels and bed quilts will be provided to you in one or two pairs. It is suitable for use for Erasmus Students, ideally for friends! It can be rent by one person or two. The common places to be shared are the bathroom, an small entrance hall, living room, dining room, 2 balconies and the kitchen. The small but separate kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, serving items and a kettle. Constant hot water also. Right across the street it's the park Pedion A(hidden), and very close to the apartment there are stores and shops to serve every need (supermarket, farmer's market, retail outlets etc.) as well as St. George's square and the pedestrian area of Fokionos Negri which is full of shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars. Additional Costs: The amount of electricity and heating costs (on winter season) are an estimate. They shall be paid in full, according to consumption of the period rented.
