The kitchen and living room are 22m2 with French door opening on the garden; the kitchen is complete of refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and gas stove. The living room consists of a comfort sofa bed, lunch table and chairs. The bedroom is around 16 m2 with the garden view. The room consists of a king size bed 160x200 cm (memory form), of a desk and a large dressing. The bathroom is 4 m2 with big shower and window opening on the back garden.
