It includes a living room with a TV, a dining room, and a fully furnished kitchen that comes equipped with a washing machine. Please note that the building does not have a lift. Room: This spacious room is fully furnished and includes a dedicated workspace equipped with a small desk, chair and a lamp. You will also find a wardrobe and a bedside table with an additional lamp. The comfortable double bed measures 140 cm wide by 200 cm long, ensuring a restful night's sleep. This room has a window that faces the airshaft of the building making a room with less light. As a disclaimer, this room has two doors, however, one of them is sealed and does not have access to anywhere else. As a disclaimer we want to inform you that the flat comes furnished as shown in pictures or with equivalent replacements.
