Welcome to our beautiful two-bedroom apartment located in the vibrant neighborhood of Metaxourgeio in Athens! Our cozy and inviting space is perfect for families, groups of friends/students, or business travelers who want to experience the best that Athens has to offer. Fully renovated in April 2023, our apartment offers everything you need to feel right at home. It is located on the ground floor of a big Athenian building, just a few steps away from Metaxourgeio square (Karaiskaki Sq). While there are a few stairs to climb to reach the apartment (ground floor), the space itself is sunny, bright, and beautifully decorated with contemporary furnishings and colorful accents. The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with two single beds - as well as a spacious living room with a separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom with a shower. There is also a dedicated work area and Internet for those who need to get some work done before exploring Athens! Ideal for working professionals, digital nomads, students, families, couples or group of friends. There is an A/C in both bedrooms and in the living room. Getting around in the neighborhood is easy and convenient! The apartment is located just a one-minute walk from the Metaxourgeio metro station (Red line), which connects you to the rest of the city. From there, it's only three stops to Syntagma Square and four stops to the Acropolis. You'll find yourself surrounded by a mix of classic Athenian architecture and contemporary street art, as well as a variety of cafes, restaurants, and bars that cater to all tastes and budgets. Also, just around the corner you will find mini markets and supermarket to cover all your daily needs. If you're planning to bring a car, there is a private parking lot just opposite to our building that charges 5 € for all-day parking. Please note that the parking lot may close in the afternoon, so if you plan to park for the whole day or night, you'll need to speak to the owners to make sure it will be open. While Metaxourgeio is a vibrant and convenient neighborhood, like any urban area, it does have its share of shady corners that guests may want to avoid. We recommend that guests always exercise caution when walking around and stick to main routes rather than smaller streets. However, it's important to note that our apartment is located just next to the traffic police building, which provides an added level of security and makes the immediate vicinity very safe. Being aware of your surroundings will assure that you have a safe and enjoyable stay in our apartment. *The aparatment can also be rented as 2 seperate private rooms with shared living room, kitchen and bathroom.* Please contact me for details.
