Hallo, wir vermieten unsere Maisonette-Wohnung vom im August in München! Besonders wichtig ist, dass Du Katzen magst: du musst dich während der Zeit um unsere Katze Rona kümmern :) Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer und eine große Wohnküche. Besonders schön ist unsere Südterrasse und der kleine Garten mit Lounge-Ecke und Hängematte. Wenn du mit dem Auto kommst, kannst du auch unsere Tiefgarage benutzen. Unser Stadtviertel ist im Osten von München. Es ist sehr grün mit einem großen Park und einem Badesee. Das Zentrum von München und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in der U-Bahn in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar. Wenn du lieber in der Gegend bleibst: hier kann man entspannt mit dem Radl in typische Biergärten fahren und dort eine Radlermaß, einen Steckerlfisch und eine frische Breze genießen! Ein Supermarkt und guter Bäcker ist 3 min zu Fuß entfernt. Ein großes Einkaufszentrum (Riem Arcaden), ca. 7 Min zu Fuß. Wir freuen uns auf Dich! Hi there! We rent our house-in-house-flat in Munich from Aug (hidden). You should be a cat person, because you have to take care of our cat "Rona", while we are away. The flat has 2 bedrooms und a big living room/kitchen area. There is a beautiful and sunny terrace next to the living room and a small garden with a lounge area incl. a hammock. You can use our garage, if you come by car. Our neighborhood is in the east of Munich. It's very green with a big park and a swimming lake (look up "BUGA park" and "BUGA see"). The center of Munich with many sights is only 20 min away by underground train. If you want to visit the Bavarian mountains and lakes, the castles... the highway is very close. And if you want to enjoy the neighborhood: typical Bavarian beergardens are easily reached by bike. A supermarket and a great bakery are just 3 min walking distance away, a big shopping center (Riem Arcaden), about 7 min. We are looking forward to hear from you!...
