Our flat of approx. 40sqm is designed to offer guests a place of rest and relaxation and at the same time a good starting point for excursions to the city centre. The flat was completely renovated in December 2020. The bedroom is decorated in blue and impresses with its oriental-modern touch. In the kitchen and living-dining room area, the colour scheme revolves around the theme of coffee, an aspect that plays a major role for many people. Our flat is on the 4th floor of a new building. Thanks to the lift, the flat is also suitable for people who are less mobile. There is a tram stop right around the corner, which will take you to the centre in about 10 minutes. The S-Bahn is also around the corner. Here you can reach the main railway station in 7 minutes. Shops for your daily needs are in the immediate vicinity. Direkt um die Ecke befindet sich eine Tram-Haltestelle, mit der Sie in ca. 10 Minuten im Zentrum ankommen. Die S-Bahn ist ebenfalls um die Ecke. Hier erreichen Sie den Hauptbahnhof in 7 Minuten.
