The apartment has a living area with kitchen (equipped with electric stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots&pans and everything for cooking and eating. The sleeping area is on a loft with a study/work desk, lots of storage and a separate storage room. The spacious bathroom comes with bathtub, washing machine, hairdryer. Bed linens and towels are provided. For less than 4 months of rental, we do not request a security deposit. If you rent for 4 months or more we require a 1 month security deposit.
