All basement floor is available and shared with the landlords (a couple) who use the 1st floor. Easy access to the garden. Fully air-conditioned, heat, fully furnished, wifi, private kitchen (all amenities included), washing machine, private bathroom, shared living room. All bills included. The bus station is in 2 minutes, and the metro station is in 10 minutes (red line). Grocery shops, supermarkets, and coffee shops can be found around in less than 10 minutes....
