In 3 minute walking range is the well-known Hofer grocerishop, it contains all the necessitys that you would need. Austrias biggest hospital the "AKH" is in 10 minute walking range. The "Wiener Oper" is also only 300 meters far from your apartment. The U-Bahn station "Währinger Gürtel" is well-connected to everywhere. With the U6 you are connected to all of Viennas train network. You can practically reach every corner of Vienna in minutes! With the tram "40" and "41" is the possibility to reach "Schottentor" in 10 minutes. Also with the "U6" trains you can go to the station "Handelskai" from there, you can hop on the airport train which leads you directly to the "Vienna Airport".
