The beds are of the best quality and are very comfortable, there is also a seating/dinner place for everyone with four chairs. In one room there is a nice soft couch to relax on. The sofa is a little bit small for a tall person and it is suitable for kids. The kitchen is well-equipped for your all-day needs. You have access to both rooms, which contain 1 bed, a couch, and a kitchen which is fully equipped with all the necessities. There is unlimited WIFI, Netflix, and Smart TV for everyone. Attention: The sofabed is NOT suitable for tall people! Please ask us for further information about the sofabed! In 3 minute's walking range is the well-known Hofer grocery shop, it contains all the necessities that you would need. Austrias biggest hospital the "AKH" is in 10 minute walking range. The "Wiener Oper" is also only 300 meters far from your apartment. The U-Bahn station "Währinger Gürtel" is well-connected everywhere. With the U6 you are connected to all of Vienna train network. You can practically reach every corner of Vienna in minutes! With the tram "40" and "41" is the possibility to reach "Schottentor" in 10 minutes. Also with the "U6" trains you can go to the station "Handelskai" from there, you can hop on the airport train which leads you directly to the "Vienna Airport".
