Hello everyone! (For students only!) There is a furnished room available in our shared flat from March . The flat is in the 3rd district, in a central area near Radetzkyplatz. Trams O and 1 pass by there. U3 and U4 metro station Landstraße is also within walking distance and Pratersterncan also be reached within 2 tram stops. There are 6 rooms altogether, 2 bathrooms with a shower and 2 toilets. The room costs 460€ (8 m2) all included and furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, lamp, etc.). The kitchen is well-equipped.
