The apartment is on the first floor in a beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to both universities and is in walking distance from downtown Reykjavík. The apartment is within walking distance from Kringlan (6-8 minutes walking) which is Iceland's second biggest mall with a big food court and a lot of stores. In Kringlan there is also Bónus which is Iceland’s cheapest supermarket. Suðurver is only 400 meters away and there is a small supermarket and a bakery.
