The super cozy house is an amazing space designed by an architect, it has two mezzanines of approximately 4 & 6 sqm, one for you to sleep, and the other one to have a study or a guest. The perfectly fitted kitchen has everything you need, the house was beautifully renovated and has everything you need. I am in the city and can help with whatever you need. LOTS of great restaurants, lively neighbourhood on Badstr. yet you live in a quiet street. With a big supermarket open 7-24hs, big park with public pool, boulder facility with a public sauna - all within walking distance. It’s great and very Berlin part of the city. Mitte Rosenthaler Platz is 3-4 Stops with u8. Uniquely well connected to the city, you get anywhere, very fast by public transport and with the bike The street is quiet yet within three minutes walk there is the subway U8 that takes you in eight minutes to Alexanderplatz, and many more places, also the big train station in Gesundbrunnen/North Cross (ring trains/regional trains/ICE) is within seven minutes walk - from here you get everywhere, very fast, Mainstation for minutes, Airport, 45 minutes City Center East 8 minutes...
