The open-plan living and sleeping area features a sofa bed, an additional couch, and a designated workspace with a desk for your laptop. The dining area has large windows running along its entire length, offering beautiful views of Castle Hill and the charming rooftops of Ljubljana’s old town. The fully equipped kitchen includes a glass-ceramic stove, a kettle, a kitchen hood, a washing machine, and a drying rack. It faces west, allowing plenty of natural light and a wonderful evening view. In the hallway, there’s a wardrobe with hanging space and shelves, plus a separate shoe cabinet. The sleeping area also has a large chest of drawers for additional storage. The apartment has central heating but no air conditioning. The building has around 50 apartments, and the residents are quiet and considerate. House rules: * No meat, no fish diet * No smoking * No pets * No parties * Quiet hours: 10 PM – 10 AM Maintenance: This apartment is my home, and I take great care to keep it in excellent condition. For this reason, a professional cleaning service is required for all tenants. The monthly cleaning fee is €40 and must be paid in cash....
