The building is located in the heart of Padua, 1 minute walk from the station and 10 minutes’ walk from the main Squares. The apartment is in a very convenient area, perfect for reaching in 10-15 minutes on foot all the University Faculties of the Portello area (Economics, Engineering, Psychology, etc.), of Via Marzolo (Physics, Chemistry, etc.) and of via Beato Pellegrino (Languages, Letters, etc.). The area is also very lively and perfect for the student’s life: a few steps from the apartment, there are the wonderful Giardini dell’Arena, a large park filled with many kiosks where young people go for a drink or to have a walk with friends in total relaxation. Even essential services are close at hand: the PAM and the Despar supermarket are a 5-minute walk from the apartment and in Corso del Popolo you will find several bars, tobacconists, pharmacies, banks and all kinds of shops.
