The flat consists of 2 floors, which are connected by a spiral staircase. The apartment has sunny and white single bedrooms, all fully furnished. There is a big shared kitchen fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, and a dishwasher. It also has 2 dining tables, an oven, and an electric stove. There is an extra space in the storage room. There will be 12 flatmates in this apartment. The room is in the 5th floor (the first floor of the apartment). All rooms in the 5th floor have access to the big terrace. Three bathrooms on the 5th floor have toilets, sinks, and showers. Cleaning of the common areas once in 10 days is included in the price. For laundry, there is a separate room with 2 washing machines. Each room has a private drying rack. It is perfect for you if you want to live in one of Berlin's trendy neighborhoods and have an easy way to make friends.
