The apartment is located on (hidden)ment floor of a 3-floor old house. It has 2 big rooms and one small raw room. All rooms are bedrooms and there is no living room. The laundry room is beside the apartment. The apartment is located right in the center within walking distance from Bonus supermarket , the University of Iceland and the University of Arts. This room is a single private room. Main house rules No smoking in the apartment or stairway No guests overnight*. Keep quiet at night and respect your flatmates.
