Located in a quiet TOP location, just in the middle of the old town, the property come with a great connection to the S/U-Marienplatz or Isartor and you can find lots of different stores, pharmacies and doctors within walking distance. Stock (kein Aufzug, aber freies Training :D) Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, einem Essbereich und einer gemütlichen Couch ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer bietet ein bequemes Doppelbett und ein separates Doppelbett. Das Badezimmer hat eine Dusche und eine Toilette. Außerdem bietet die Wohnung die Möglichkeit zum Telefonieren, Glasfaser-Internetanschluss, Kabelfernsehen . Gemeinsame Wasch- und Trockenmaschine im Untergeschoss. Zusätzlich verfügen die Wohnungen über eine gute Anbindung an den S/U-Marienplatz oder Isartor und Sie finden viele verschiedene Geschäfte, Apotheken und Ärzte in unmittelbarer Nähe.
