Amazing and confortable apartment with a huge terraces and gardens overlooking the sea and the Lérins islands. 5 minutes by car from the beaches and from hiking in the Esterel mountains. 15 minutes by car away from Nice, taking the road along the sea. 40 minutes to Nice. Fenced neighbourhood so the place is both quiet and secure. No problem parking cars in the street. Unfortunately not suitable for handicapped people as there are stairs going down or up to the apartment. Cannot accommodate more than 4 adults. Cats and small dogs allowed. No parties....
