Hello everyone, the bright and modernly furnished room in a shared flat is on the 2nd floor of the house and was recently renovated. The house has 3 separate toilets/bathrooms and a nice shared kitchen. International as well as national residents are welcome and will be assisted in English, German and more languages if required! The common rooms of the flat share are kept clean twice a week by a cleaner. All additional costs (electricity, water, gas, internet, cleaning staff...) are already included in the rent of 560€. The house is a 5-minute walk from the Köln-Blumenberg S-Bahn station. If interested, just let me know.
