The apartment is located in the heart of Athens, close to Monastiraki square, with stunning views of the Acropolis and Athens. The area where the apartment is located is called Psirri, a traditional neighborhood in the historical center of Athens where you can find numerous taverns, restaurants, cafes, and bars. It is located on the 4th floor of a building. The apartment was fully renovated at the end of 2016 and we reconstructed it in such a way that you can enjoy luxury and simplicity at the same time in a fully equipped property. There is a washing machine, a full-size oven, a microwave, an iron, a hair dryer, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee maker, and a toaster. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay. It is also fully furnished with a double very comfortable sofa bed and a unique king-size bed equipped with an anatomic mattress with a separate upper mattress. The apartment is also air-conditioned and there is a wifi connection. The 42" LED TV is smart and can access the internet and applications. The whole apartment is fully air-conditioned and there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water 24/7. Of course, the beds are already made-up, with freshly ironed sheets from a top-quality brand. Furthermore, there are clean towels for every single of you. The entire property has free Wi-Fi! Monastiraki is the closest Metro station and the bus station is 100 meters away. The apartment is very close to Greek traditional taverns, pharmacies, banks, and any kind of shops. The nearest beach is 8 km away. Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 50 euros (estimation). For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement. Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs: 1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking. 2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct). 3).
