This listing is intended for one 1 person that wants to rent the room just for himself or herself. I am renting a room in a large apartment on the ground floor. This room is part of a three bedroom apartment with a spacious living/dining room, 2 baths, 1 fully equipped kitchen and a very nice patio/garden with trees and flowers. The patio is available to the tenants. The room I am renting is very spacious, 20 square meters, and has two twin size beds that could easily be put together to make a double size bed. The room is provided with 2 large closets, drawers, lots of shelves and a desk with 4 drawers. Please be aware that some of the books will stay on the shelves. It is bright and very quiet. Central heat is on from 2P.M till 10 P.M. from November 25 till March 15 (the dates might change due to the weather, but that depends on the administration of the building)....
