2-bedroom apartment in the centre of Barcelona, very close to La Rambla, El Born and Barceloneta. It has Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning and a safe. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a bright living room with a comfortable sofa, smart TV, tables and chairs. The apartment is provided with towels and bed linen upon arrival. There is no private parking. However, you will find a public car park about 150 metres from the apartment. - Apartment exclusively for monthly rental: bookings with a minimum stay of 32 days and a maximum of 11 months. - Security deposit: 1 month (Subject to length of stay) - Final cleaning 180€ - Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly utilities fee: 180 euros. - Not allowed: Parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties - Prices for bookings of at least 3 months. For bookings of less time, please check prices. Prices are subject to the duration of the contract and the advance of the check-in date. - Agency fees: * 1-2 months: 650€ + VAT. * 3-5 months: 850€ + VAT. * 6-9 months: 1050€ + VAT. * 10-11 months: 1930€ + VAT. The apartments may vary in terms of decoration and layout, but they all have the same style. Upon arrival, a specific apartment will be assigned. Our reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday (except public holidays Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday public holiday), you can collect the keys at 228 Aribau Street. Check-ins after 21:00 are done in person at the apartments and have an additional cost of 30€. For corporate bookings, 21% VAT must be added to the published price.
