It's conveniently located near Westbahnhof and the Mariahilferstraße with excellent transport links, shopping places, restaurants, and coffee houses. The apartment is equipped with a microwave/oven, induction cooking plate, water cooker, washer/dryer, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, iron, vacuum cleaner internet, a desk ventilator for hot summer days and everything else needed. I live in the apartment myself and rent it out when I'm not in Vienna. All my personal belongings will be stored on a shelf under the ceiling in the kitchen. Other things to note If you are interested in renting the apartment on a long-term basis ( 3 months and more) it is possible to conclude a rental agreement. The monthly rent is 890€, when renting via Housing Anywhere the additional fees are ~25% apply. A registration at the apartment is unfortunately not possible however in case you need a registration for the "Meldezettel" it is possible to register at another apartment...
