-- English (German below) -- In the comfortable 1-room apartment, you can rest in the cozy double bed. Plans for your next vacation day in Vienna can be discussed most comfortably on the sofa or at the dining table. The sofa bed offers sleeping space for another 2 people if needed. The apartment has its own balcony, where you can enjoy the fresh air. The apartment's own kitchen gives you the flexibility to cook your own meals. The equipment includes enough dishes, pots, pans, hotplates, a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and a sink and dishwasher. You can enjoy a refreshing shower or bath in the large bathroom. Amenities such as a hairdryer, an iron, and a clothes horse are also available in the apartment. All our guests can use the in-house laundry room free of charge. The apartment is super centrally located and also very well connected to public transport. The nearest subway station is only 10 minutes away and a 5-minute walk brings you directly to the city center. The price is for two people. For each additional person, we charge 225 Euro/month. Pläne für Deinen nächsten Urlaubstag in Wien lassen sich am bequemsten auf dem Sofa oder am Esstisch besprechen. Das Schlafsofa bietet bei Bedarf Schlafplatz für weitere 2 Personen. Das Appartement verfügt über einen eigenen Balkon, auf dem Du frische Luft genießen kannst. Die eigene Küche im Appartement bietet Dir die Flexibilität, Deine eigenen Speisen kochen zu können. Die Ausstattung beinhaltet ausreichend Geschirr, Kochtöpfe, Pfannen, Kochplatten, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster und eine Spüle und einen Geschirrspüler. Eine erfrischende Dusche oder ein Bad kannst Du im großen Bad genießen. Auch Annehmlichkeiten, wie ein Fön, ein Bügeleisen und ein Wäscheständer sind im Appartement vorhanden. Alle unsere Gäste können die hauseigene Waschküche kostenlos nutzen. Das Appartement ist super zentral gelegen und dazu sehr gut öffentlich angebunden. Die nächste U-Bahn Station erreichst du in nur 10 Minuten und ein etwa nur 5 Minuten längerer Spaziergang bringt Dich direkt ins Stadtzentrum. Der Preis gilt für zwei Personen.
