The apartment is at a central location in Rotterdam. Central station is a 10 minute bike ride away. The shops are around the corner (supermarket is 5 min. walk) and the nearest metro and tram stop are also within minutes walking distance of the apartment. I'm renting out the apartment from the 1st of february, preferably to a working couple that will stay there for a longer period of time. I'm looking for people that will take good care of my place and will be friendly neighbours to my neighbours. I've included my furniture in the photo's, but the apartment can be rented with or without the furniture...
