Since one is moving out, there will be two young gentlemen living there from around mid-December. - One of the two is a doctor whose warm and open-minded nature contributes greatly to the friendly atmosphere. - The other is a passionate lawyer at a renowned law firm. Thanks to his likable personality, he is truly indispensable to this WG. - Both speak fluent English and also have good German skills. - You can always have pleasant conversations with both, yet they also respect your privacy. If you need space to retreat, you will find it here. All residents are looking forward to meeting a new flatmate who fits well into the WG and enriches the shared living experience. Location: • The U-bahn station is just around the corner, and it takes only 1 minute to reach Düsseldorf’s main train station (about 10 minutes on foot, approx. 800 m). • Only 3 minutes by U-bahn to the Königsallee, Düsseldorf’s famous shopping boulevard. • About 20 minutes by public transport to Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences. • Numerous supermarkets (Edeka, Netto, Penny, Lidl), as well as Rossmann and dm drugstores, cafés, restaurants, bars, etc. can be found in the immediate vicinity. • You can park your car in the surrounding streets or at the nearby NH Hotel. According to the Walk Score website, which provides walkability analyses and housing search tools, this location is considered a “Walker’s Paradise,” as everything is within easy walking distance. WG Life: The spacious shared kitchen (the main meeting point of the flatmates) is equipped with every imaginable extra: capsule coffee machine, stovetop, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, dining table, bar stools, etc. (see photos). The WG also features a large designer bathroom with natural light, a very spacious cabinet, mirror, etc. Additionally, there is a large terrace and a garden that can be used by all residents. The room includes a bed (which can be converted into a double bed; includes two mattresses and bedding), a bedside table, desk and chair, wardrobe and mirror, dresser, etc. (see photos). Other Information: Only 1 room is rented out to maximum 1 person. All listed rents include everything — there are no additional costs. Short-term rentals (like on (hidden)) are not possible. Durch seine sympathische Persönlichkeit ist er überhaupt nicht aus dieser WG wegzudenken. - Beide sprechen fließend Englisch und verfügen zudem über gute Deutschkenntnisse. - Man kann mit beiden immer nette Gespräche führen. Gleichzeitig respektieren sie Privatsphäre. Wer Rückzug wünscht, findet hier den nötigen Raum.
