The area is very peaceful and it's fenced off, including the parking space. The swimming pool has a lifeguard and is open from 15 June to 30 September. At night there is a guard on the grounds. It's 600m to the beach and a water ski and about 150m to the nearest supermarket. The closest restaurants are also about 150m away. Aqualandia water park and Mundomar animal park are at 700m. At about 300m distance is a hospital and a playground for kids.
