The bus to the City Center and the Central Station stops at the corner of the street. The tram to the city centre is one block away. The kitchen has open acces to the dining room and is equipped with a cooker, oven/microwave combination, dishwasher, dryer, and a fridge/freezer combination. The large bedroom has plenty of closet space . There are two bathrooms and a two toilets. The entire floor has PVC floors and is equipped with curtains. The apartment can be rented either furnished or unfurnished. The apartment is very well suited for a couple.
