The apartment has 83sqm divided in a spacious bedroom, a big living room, separated kitchen, long hallway and a small bathroom with shower. Every room is furnished with selected pieces providing comfort and style. There is only one double bed but the sofa in the living room can become a queen bed for specials guests. Sound system and projector are available to enjoy movies or music. The kitchen is well equipped and ready to use. Linens and beddings are provided. Every room has plenty of natural light because the ceilings are high (Altbau) and it is located in the third floor facing South. The area is called Rote Insel in Schöneberg and it is super quiet and residential even though you still find some cool bars and good restaurants. Buses, underground and train are walking distance from the door and will connect you with the whole city. Subletting contract will be presented to sign by both sides but the registration in the apartment (Anmeldung) is not possible due to the temporary rent. IMPORTANT: This is my primary residency where I live with my boyfriend and our little cat. We want to rent the apartment during winter therefore the renting period is only between December 2024 and February 2025. Our cat can stay if you like and are are able to take care, otherwise we will take it to friends....
