The new and luminous flat is located at the 4 floor in a recent building (with lift), well located in Anderlecht. Public transport are easily reachable : 5 min by foot of the central station where you can take train/bus/metro/tram. It is also located nearby the metro station Clémenceau and you can reach within the 30min the Erasme campus with public transport. The studio was fully furnished/equipped by an interior architect and was thought to optimise space. There is a room space with a 140cm wide bed and a 2 doors wardrobe, a saloon space with a 2 seated sofa, a lower table and a big furniture with a lot of storage space made to dimensions with an integrated TV. It is also used to separate the bedroom corner with the saloon/dinner corner. There is a table and shelves on the walls. The kitchen is not directly in the main room but it's open on this last (see pictures). It owns a fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave and two cooking plates.
