We specialize in creating safe, affordable accommodation for foreign students in Paris since 2003. Our students are enrolled in major universities and colleges in Paris. The houses are situated in a gated residence with a large garden in a safe neighborhood. All rooms are fully furnished and bed sheets are supplied. Girls only shared room or boys only room. Wifi is a priority in all rooms. Kitchen and showers are all shared by the community. There is a large tv room for study and socializing. Laundry machines are provided. Students can be found in the garden at night times playing table tennis or chess or just chatting. Cleaning lady comes often to clean all communal areas. Each resident is given their own cupboard space and fridge space. The neighbourhood has lots of green spaces and lakes. Shops, markets, cafes, everything in walking distance.
